This year at SEARCH Education Trust we are offering a series of Discovery Days at both our schools: Heartlands High School and The Grove.
The days are designed for teachers and support staff from primary, secondary and special schools to come and discover effective practice at another school. These sessions will be an opportunity for colleagues to share ideas from their own schools. We also have three CPD sessions on the Spiral Curriculum aimed at primary leads for science, humanities and Spanish.
Our first CPD session for secondary colleagues is on Pastoral Support and Wellbeing and takes place on Thursday November 17th. Further sessions on Codifying Teaching and Incremental Coaching and another on Literacy will be held in the new year.
Our first Discovery Day to find out more about good practice for children with autism is on Wednesday 23rd November
